About the Company A new luxury home decor brand is seeking a refined, client-facing Store Manager with strong leadership presence to help lead its boutique. The Role:
We are looking for a highly capable Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of the boutique. This person will be responsible for creating an exceptional client experience, driving sales performance, overseeing store operations, and shaping a team culture grounded in professionalism, care, and taste. The ideal candidate is both operationally strong and aesthetically minded - someone who understands luxury service, values craftsmanship, and can lead a team with confidence, clarity, and warmth. Qualifications 3-5+ years of retail management experience, preferably in luxury retail, home decor, fashion, lifestyle, or hospitality-led environments Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing a team Proven ability to drive sales and deliver a high-touch client experience Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills Strong operational discipline and attention to detail An eye for visual presentation and an appreciation for design, interiors, and craftsmanship Comfortable working weekends, holidays, and a flexible retail schedule Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and store reporting Ideal Candidate Polished, poised, and naturally service-oriented Confident leading by example on the sales floor Deeply aligned with a refined, worldly, understated, and tasteful aesthetic Passionate about beautiful objects, storytelling, and helping clients bring pieces into their homes Able to balance warmth and elegance with accountability and execution Compensation Competitive salary based on experience Performance-based incentive opportunity
