Full-Time About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Store Manager to lead a high-performing retail team on the Upper East Side. This role is responsible for driving sales, delivering an exceptional customer experience, overseeing daily operations, and developing a strong store culture focused on service excellence and results. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with a passion for retail, team development, and client engagement. Key Responsibilities Lead, motivate, and develop a team to achieve sales and performance goals Drive exceptional customer service and create a best-in-class shopping experience Recruit, train, coach, and manage store employees Monitor and analyze sales performance, KPIs, and business trends Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive loyalty and repeat business Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, scheduling, and payroll Ensure inventory accuracy, stock organization, and operational efficiency Maintain visual merchandising standards and brand presentation Manage loss prevention, compliance, and store safety procedures Partner with leadership on business initiatives and store growth opportunities Qualifications 3+ years of Store Manager experience in retail Proven track record of driving sales and leading high-performing teams Strong leadership, communication, and coaching skills Experience with scheduling, payroll, inventory management, and retail operations Ability to analyze business performance and develop action plans Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays as needed Preferred Qualifications Experience in luxury, contemporary, fashion, beauty, or premium retail environments Strong clienteling and relationship-building skills Experience managing high-volume or flagship store locations Benefits Competitive salary of $90,000-$120,000 Bonus opportunity Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 401(k) Career growth opportunities within a growing organization
