Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated, ambitious Store Manager to lead one of our Dunkin' locations. This is a demanding role designed for individuals who take ownership, lead by example, and thrive in a structured, systems-driven environment. Managers are expected to:
Strictly follow and enforce advanced systems for: Food and labor control Meal and break policies Proper beverage builds Proper sandwich builds Proactively identify problems and implement solutions Maintain brand standards, cleanliness, and operational excellence Manage scheduling, inventory, and team performance Lead with urgency, consistency, and professionalism This Role Is Not for Everyone. Duties Lead daily store operations, ensuring smooth food preparation, efficient service, and outstanding customer satisfaction Manage staff scheduling, training, and development to build a motivated and high-performing team Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and maintaining food safety standards in compliance with health regulations Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems, including cash handling procedures Supervise food production processes, including cooking, food handling, and ensuring quality standards are met consistently Conduct staff interviews, performance evaluations, and ongoing training to foster professional growth Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to maximize revenue while controlling costs and budgeting effectively Requirements Proven management experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant environment with supervising responsibilities Strong knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols Experience operating POS systems is highly desirable Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle guest concerns professionally Demonstrated ability in inventory control, food handling, and kitchen management Prior experience in hospitality management or restaurant management roles such as assistant manager or shift supervisor preferred Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to train staff effectively and foster a positive team environment Knowledge of food industry standards including catering, banquet service, or casual dining experience is a plus Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail Join us as we serve up great experiences every day!
