We're a community gathering place looking for an energetic, hospitality-driven Assistant Manager who wants to lead a diverse team. Job Summary The Assistant Manager will partner/support the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of Green Lakes Lanes. This is a hands-on leadership role

• you'll help plan and execute events, oversee league operations, lead and develop staff, and step into any position as needed, including cooking, serving, bartending, working the lanes, and pin chasing. When the General Manager is off-duty, you are the primary leader in the building, trusted to keep operations seamless, safe, and profitable. Key Responsibilities
• Support the daily operations of the bowling center, restaurant, and bar
• Serve as the lead manager on duty when the General Manager is off-site
• Plan, organize, and execute events, leagues, and promotions
• Supervise, motivate, and delegate tasks to staff to ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment
• Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and development of team members
• Help oversee food and beverage operations, including quality and service standards
• Handle customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Support banking, financial reporting, and product ordering
• Maintain facility standards and uphold an excellent customer experience Qualifications
• 2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a high-volume hospitality setting (busy restaurant, bar, kitchen, or family entertainment center). Strong food and beverage experience is highly preferred.

Leadership Skills:

• A proven track record of managing competing priorities, resolving guest issues with grace, and motivating a team across multiple departments.
• Solid understanding of daily hospitality financials, including inventory control, labor tracking, and accurate cash management.
• Open availability to work a dynamic schedule, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand and remain active for long periods and safely lift up to 25 lbs. What we offer
