Summary Leads the delivery of corporate training programs, ensuring programs are compliant with regulatory requirements, aligned with organizational objectives, and designed to empower employees to deliver exceptional financial guidance to members. Manages a team of training specialists. Qualifications & Education Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field or a minimum of eight years directly related experience required Minimum three years of progressive experience in learning and development, including at least two years in a supervisory role. Strong knowledge of training methods and techniques. Success creating content and executing training programs aligned with regulatory and business requirements required. Experience implementing or managing Learning Management Systems and governance frameworks preferred. Strong understanding of compliance and risk management. Financial services industry experience preferred. Job Duties Execute a comprehensive learning strategy that meets regulatory, compliance, and business objectives. Implement and maintain enterprise wide governance standards for training development, delivery, and evaluation. Ensure training content aligns with evolving regulatory expectations and industry best practices. Lead a small team in delivering onboarding programs and role specific learning paths in collaboration with business leaders. Manage trainers responsible for delivering in person and virtual content. Oversee training schedules, content review, quality control, and delivery standards. Analyze and report training compliance, utilization, effectiveness, and strategic outcomes to senior leadership. Maintain accurate learning metrics and ensure timely completion of all required training enterprise wide. Partner closely with HR, Retail, Branch Operations, Lending, Compliance, Risk, and other business units to ensure alignment with organizational goals. Provide coaching, performance management, scheduling, and development opportunities for training staff. Serve as a subject matter expert in learning methodologies, instructional design, and adult learning principles. Lead or contribute to special projects related to training, culture, compliance, or organizational initiatives. Performs other duties upon request Benefits of Joining the

The salary may vary above and below the stated amounts, as permitted by applicable law. All candidates will be subject to a background check, credit check, and drug test to determine employment eligibility.
