Key Responsibilities:

Lead and motivate a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service. Implement effective merchandising strategies to optimize product presentation and maximize sales. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including inventory management and cash handling. Foster a positive work environment by providing coaching, training, and development opportunities for team members. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in retail management, with a minimum of 3 years in a leadership role. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. Excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of retail operations, including inventory management and customer service best practices.
