Position Overview The Front Desk Associate serves as the operational center of the store. This role manages front desk responsibilities while gaining exposure to broader store operations and team coordination. This position is ideal for individuals interested in retail or service management and looking to grow into operational or leadership roles. Key Responsibilities Guest Experience & Service Flow Greet customers and manage reservations and walk-ins. Present services and pricing; provide recommendations and assist with color selection. Handle customer rescheduling, questions, concerns, and service issues with professionalism. Coordinate service flow with nail and lash technicians to ensure efficiency. Process payments and complete accurate daily transaction records. Store Operations Support Support opening/closing procedures and maintain store presentation standards. Assist with inventory checks and supply coordination. Maintain accurate customer records and daily operational documentation. Operational Development Exposure (Growth Track) Learn appointment optimization and scheduling logic. Assist in basic staff coordination and workflow organization. Support onboarding of new team members when applicable. Participate in operational training sessions. Oversee purchasing planning and inventory control to ensure adequate supply levels while maintaining cost efficiency. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred (all majors welcome). Customer service or retail experience is a plus. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Organized and able to work in fast-paced environments. Weekend and holiday availability required. English fluency required; bilingual in Chinese is required. Growth Path High-performing team members may be considered for Assistant Store Manager development, or future Store Manager and District Manager track opportunities. Advancement is based on performance, reliability, and leadership readiness.
