Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of the House Assistant Manager to oversee the FOH operations. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent leadership and decision-making skills, deliver great hospitality, able to develop people, manage budgets, and committed to helping our company grow and thrive. Responsibilities:

Oversee, direct, and coordinate the planning, organizing, training, and leadership of restaurant FOH staff necessary to achieve stated objectives in sales, costs, employee retention, guest service and satisfaction, food & beverage quality, cleanliness and sanitation.

FOH Assistant Manager key expectations:

Administer and adherence to all Server, Host, and Bar/Barista steps of service expectations and SOP's. Is actively cross training and developing team members to ensure there is a deep pipeline of talent ready to be promoted into future roles. Will work with the General Manager, support and provide insight on all FOH scheduling, staffing needs, team member performance management, beverage ordering, and Liquor, Beer, and Wine.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary will be commensurate with experience, and benefits will be available as part of the compensation package. This is a full-time position based on 42-45 hours per week. Qualifications Proven leadership and management skills in a hospitality environment Experience in staff training and team management Strong background in food service management and kitchen operations Proficiency in food preparation and inventory control Familiarity with POS systems, including Toast POS Experience in both casual and fine dining settings Knowledge of cash handling and customer service best practices
