Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our HOTWORX Infrared Sauna Studio. In this pivotal role, you will oversee all aspects of studio operations, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for members while driving business growth. Your leadership will inspire a motivated team, foster exceptional customer service, and implement strategic initiatives to elevate the studio's success. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive leader passionate about health, wellness, and creating a positive environment that encourages member retention and community engagement. Responsibilities Lead daily studio operations, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company standards. Manage staff recruitment, onboarding, training, and ongoing development to build a high-performing team. Oversee sales management, including retail sales of products and memberships, utilizing POS systems effectively. Implement marketing strategies to attract new members and retain existing clients through promotional activities and community outreach. Maintain inventory control, purchasing supplies, and managing stock levels to ensure availability of products and equipment. Handle administrative tasks such as payroll processing, bookkeeping, budgeting, and financial reporting with accuracy. Ensure exceptional customer service by addressing member inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and fostering a welcoming atmosphere. Supervise shift schedules, cashiering duties, cash handling procedures, and store management activities. Monitor store metrics including retail math, pricing strategies, sales targets, and overall store performance. Uphold health and safety standards within the studio environment while promoting a positive team culture focused on leadership and teamwork. Qualifications Proven management experience in retail or wellness environments with supervisory responsibilities. Strong background in employee orientation, training & development, and team management skills. Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate staff and engage customers effectively. Experience with inventory management systems (POS), purchasing, merchandising, and retail math. Demonstrated proficiency in budgeting, cash handling, bookkeeping, payroll processing, and administrative tasks. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve diverse clientele. Prior experience in sales management, marketing initiatives, shift management, and customer service excellence is preferred. Ability to handle multiple responsibilities efficiently with strong organizational skills and time management capabilities. Pay:
$63,947.65 - $64,969.21 per year
