Baptist is a non-profit, independent, faith base organization.

Job Requirements:

Minimum of a current Registered Nurse License in New York State Demonstrate proficiency in passing medications and performing treatment Able to relate to an elderly population and coworkers. Interpersonal, active listening, teaching, observation, reporting and monitoring skills Responsibilities Oversee daily nursing operations, ensuring high-quality patient care in the nursing home setting. Supervise nursing staff, providing guidance and support while fostering a collaborative environment. Manage patient assessments and care plans, utilizing EHR systems for accurate documentation. Conduct training sessions for staff on best practices and compliance with healthcare regulations. Ensure adherence to safety protocols and basic life support standards during patient care.
