Responsibilities include; The overall efficiency, profitability, and reputation of our auto body shop operations Develop business through insurance adjusters, customers, and other sources to assure an adequate sales volume Provide a department operating profit and maintains customer satisfaction standards while controlling expenses. Directs the activities of body shop employees in performing body repairs, including meeting time schedules and productivity levels and maintaining quality standards. Monitors the progress and completion of vehicles in the shop Understands, keeps abreast of and comply with state, federal and local regulations that effects body shop operations Excellent communication necessary with strong leadership and management skills We will provide you with a strong salary, full medical benefits, dental, 401K with match available, quarterly bonuses available, employee discounts, paid vacation/time off, & more!
