Job Description
HOTWORX is a 24/7 infrared fitness studio that combines virtual instructor-led workouts with the benefits of infrared sauna technology. As we prepare to open our White Plains location, we are seeking an energetic and results-driven Studio Manager to lead membership growth, oversee daily operations, and build a strong studio culture. Key Responsibilities Recruit, train, coach, and develop Trainer Sales Associates (TSAs) to create a high-performing team Drive membership sales, revenue growth, and overall studio performance goals Oversee lead management, CRM organization, and timely follow-up processes Manage day-to-day studio operations, staff scheduling, and team accountability Execute local marketing initiatives, promotions, partnerships, and community outreach Deliver an exceptional member experience while professionally resolving escalated concerns Maintain studio standards related to cleanliness, safety, and brand consistency Monitor studio metrics, oversee collections, and communicate performance updates to ownership Compensation & Growth Opportunity $19-$21 per hour base pay Uncapped commission on membership sales Bonus commission based on overall studio performance Additional commission opportunities through retail sales Paid training and HOTWORX Certification provided This position offers significant earning potential for motivated leaders who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment and are passionate about fitness, leadership, and member experience. Schedule Scheduling is flexible based on business needs and may include evenings and weekends. The Studio Manager is expected to work up to 40 hours per week in-studio to support operations, sales performance, and team development. Specific availability expectations will be discussed during the interview process. Qualifications Strong communication and customer service skills with the ability to lead by example Preferably billingual in Spanish Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to take ownership Previous experience in sales, fitness, retail, or hospitality preferred Professional, dependable, and results-oriented mindset Coachable with the ability to both receive feedback and effectively mentor others CPR, AED, and First Aid certification required (or willingness to obtain) If you are passionate about fitness, sales, leadership, and helping others succeed, we'd love to hear from you.
