Responsibilities:
  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the store
  • Provide leadership and supervision to store employees
  • Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
  • Oversee inventory control and manage stock levels
  • Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Assist in budgeting and financial planning for the store
  • Conduct employee orientation and training programs
  • Collaborate with other managers to achieve store goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in retail management or shift management preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Knowledge of payroll processes and procedures
  • Familiarity with inventory control systems and practices
  • Proficient in budgeting and financial analysis
  • Multilingual skills are a plus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
