Plumbing and Mechanical Shop Manager

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Plumbing and Mechanical Shop Manager to lead shop operations logistics. In this role, you will oversee daily shop activities, coordinate delivery receipts, Jobsite deliveries, manage/repair/test equipment and tooling, (light) fabrication, ensure quality, and overseen vehicle fleet/scheduling. Your expertise in construction plumbing, mechanical systems, and shop management will drive efficiency and excellence across all projects. This position has growth potential, and offers opportunities to transition into other roles within our company. Duties Manage daily operations of material/equipment/tools. Stocking and pulling of material/equipment/tools. Material receipt, inspection, and handling Warehouse organization Coordinate with project managers. Maintain inventory of hand tools, power tools, pipe fittings, and other essential supplies while managing procurement needs Lead troubleshooting efforts on tooling/equipment. Manage Company Vehicle fleet, inclusive of staging and unloading of vehicles. Warehouse grounds upkeep. Qualifications Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, and heavy lifting techniques safely and efficiently Familiarity with field service operations Basic math skills for measurements, calculations related to pipe sizes or material quantities Valid driver's license with commercial driving experience preferred for site visits or material transport purposes Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong communication skills for coordinating with teams and clients effectively Well organized with good recall Join us as we build innovative solutions in the construction industry! Pay:

$25.00 - $32.00 per hour
