Job Description

Retail Assistant Store Manager - Boutique (PT) Woman's Boutique, Gifts and Accessories Gracylane is looking for a professional and customer service driven individual to help oversee the daily operations at our Shops at Boardman Park location. As the Assistant Store Manager, your duties would include operational and administrative tasks, managing inventory, and helping to develop your team to drive sales and continue to build our customer base. Job Description -
  • Deliver excellent service to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
  • Motivate the team to meet sales goals by training and mentoring staff
  • Help the store manager create business strategies to build customer traffic and attract new customers
  • Assist the store manager in hiring, training, and overseeing new staff
  • Inventory Management / Loss Prevention
  • Set up sales and promotions
  • Visual Merchandising
  • Follow safety and cleaning guidelines
  • Work with our marketing department to promote your location and improve our customer base Requirements -
  • Minimum of three years experience working in a retail environment, ideally in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership and customer management abilities
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented
Job Type:
Part-time up to 30 hours per week.
