Part Time Manager

Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Part Time Manager to join our team and lead with energy, and enthusiasm. In this role, you will oversee daily store operations, supervise teenage staff, be apart of the team work and ensure an exceptional experience for our customers. Your leadership will drive sales, manage inventory, and foster a positive team environment. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, patient, able to manage teens and passionate about delivering outstanding service. Responsibilities Lead and supervise store staff to ensure smooth daily operations and high levels of customer satisfaction Manage employee orientation, training, and development to build a motivated and knowledgeable team Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment. Cash handling for end of night count and register closing. Utilize POS (Point of Sale) systems for sales transactions. Ensure and Uphold store standards and handbook/contracts. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and store policies at all times Skills Strong leadership skills with proven supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or service settings Excellent communication skills Proficiency in negotiation, customer service excellence, and conflict resolution Experience with inventory control systems and POS technology. Organizational skills to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong time management skills with the ability to supervise shifts and oversee daily operations confidently

Requirments:

18+ Years old 1+ Year management/leadership experience or minimum of 5 years of service experience. Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday & Saturday schedule needed. However a flexible schedule is required to pick up days the owner can not be present. Additional days are also available if wanted!
