- Full-time A&S Party Rental is looking for qualified / experienced candidate that has great customer service and a hard work ethic to join our team. While this position is hourly you have the potential to make $60,000
- 70,000 a year and to get promoted to even higher positions within the company.
Responsibilities:
Manage Several Departments and employees to ensure party rental items are ready/ Good Quality/ Cleaned for our customers. (Tables, Tents, Chairs, Bounce House Rentals Etc.) Help Stage and Prepare trucks for Loading and unloading for our deliveries. Inspect and monitor Quality Assurance of party rental items. Maintain accurate inventory of party rental items and complete paperwork for department heads. The Ability to motivate and train staff members in your department. The job is a laborious job so the abilty to motivate and build a team is a must. The ability to use computer software to organize and prepare weekly orders. We use Bar coding systems so you must have a good understanding of Computers.Qualifications:
Organized, Efficient and Motivator Experience in customer service, team building and managing people Deadline-oriented Self-Motivated Great Problem Solver Dependable and Team Player Must Be able to work Every Other Saturday Must be able to lift up to100lbs Clean driving record / Pass Background Check/ Pass Drug Test. Have a great attitude! The Hours for this position are Monday Thru Friday 8:30-5:30 and Every other Saturday at 9-1:30. The position requires 45 Hours a week. A&S Party Rental is one of Ohio's largest Party Rental Companies. We rent tents, tables, inflatables, wedding décor, convention equipment, concession equipment and over 10,000 party rental items. In this position you will be joining our team to prepare and ensure quality products and supplies are provided to our customers.
