As the Key Holder, you will support the day-to-day operations of the coffee shop and ensure an outstanding experience for every customer. You'll play a vital role in opening and closing the shop, maintaining smooth operations, and cultivating a positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain high standards of customer service, resolve complaints, and ensure every guest leaves with a smile.
- Support daily operations within budgetary guidelines, including tracking sales and ensuring profitability.
- Ensure all health and safety regulations are followed, maintain cleanliness, and ensure a safe and sanitary work environment.
- Assist in marketing campaigns to drive traffic, including promotions, seasonal offerings, and loyalty programs.
- Oversee coffee-making processes, equipment care, and service flow.
- Perform key holder duties including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security.
Requirements:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a coffee shop, cafe, or similar food service environment.
- Barista skills strongly preferred.
- Ability to lead, motivate, and inspire.
- Strong multitasking abilities and attention to detail.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service in a welcoming environment.
- Availability to work mornings, weekends, and special events as needed.
