Our ideal candidate is a motivated and talented sales/business professional who wants to be a part of our team! We are seeking an individual that desires learning as a process to grow a rewarding career. Training will take place a multiple stores between Dayton and Northern side of Cincinnati, and then you will be placed into your home store. What We Offer our Assistant Sales Managers $65k to 95k earning potential commission and bonus opportunities 5 days PTO after 90 days. What we Expect of our Assistant Managers Willingness to complete our sales training in addition to manager training @ multiple stores. Drive to Succeed Self-motivated and able to work well with minimal supervision and in a team environment Selling and learning our product line which consist of over 100 manufactures. Experience with tablet/IPad technology Excellent interpersonal skills Presentation Skills in a sales environment Desire to be part of something big

Qualifications:

Must have a minimum of five years combined, experience in at least TWO of the following areas:

Sales Sales Leadership Interior Design Retail Sales Management Manager Responsibilities:

Foster a culture of achievement in the sales team by encouraging reps to hit or exceed their quotas Mentor and train sales reps to improve performance, reduce turnover, and provide on-the-job support Develop our sales team by recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new salespeople Analyze previous sales periods to create accurate forecasts Track performance metrics Coach and drive sales Set personal and team goals/achieve goals Foster Teamwork Focus on developing full room solutions and encourage in-home style consultations. We represents some of the most accomplished furniture companies such as Flexsteel, Smith Brother's, Thomasville, Daniel's Amish, England, Simmons, Serta, I-Comfort, and many others.
