This Assistant Manager opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who want to learn leadership, campaign management, and business operations while helping nationally recognized nonprofit organizations expand their brand awareness in the community. What You'll Do as an Assistant Manager Support community outreach campaigns that increase brand visibility for nationally recognized nonprofit partners. Interact directly with community members during events, activations, and brand awareness initiatives. Assist with campaign execution while learning how brand strategy influences day-to-day operations. Work alongside leadership to understand business development, team management, and campaign planning. Help monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to strengthen brand engagement. Participate in ongoing Assistant Manager training focused on leadership, communication, and business operations. Collaborate with fellow Assistant Manager team members to support outreach goals and campaign growth.
