Job Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, flexible, energetic, and customer-focused Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations of our campground store. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, outdoor hospitality environment and is passionate about creating a welcoming experience for guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the Store Manager in overseeing daily store operations Provide excellent customer service to campers and visitors Supervise and support store staff, including scheduling and training Maintain inventory levels, restock shelves, and manage product displays Handle cash register operations, including opening/closing procedures Ensure cleanliness, organization, and safety of the store Promptly address customer questions, concerns, and special requests Help implement seasonal displays, and merchandise strategies Help oversee and run weekend events and activities. Become familiar with our reservation software,

CampLife Qualifications:

Previous retail or customer service experience required. Strong communication and leadership skills Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy environment Comfortable working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Basic math and cash-handling skills Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for extended periods Work in varying indoor/outdoor conditions
