As a vital leader on the floor, you will be entrusted with opening and closing responsibilities, ensuring smooth daily operations, and delivering exceptional customer service. Your role will involve supervising staff, managing inventory, and supporting sales initiatives to create a welcoming and efficient shopping environment. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop leadership skills while contributing to the overall success of the store. Responsibilities Open and close the store confidently, ensuring all procedures are followed accurately Assist customers with inquiries, product selections, and resolve issues promptly to enhance satisfaction Supervise daily store operations, including cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory management Lead and motivate team members through effective training, coaching, and performance feedback Manage stock levels by overseeing merchandising, stocking, and inventory control processes Support sales strategies by implementing marketing initiatives and promotional displays Ensure compliance with safety standards, store policies, and loss prevention measures Skills Strong leadership skills with previous supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail Excellent communication skills in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued Proficiency in retail math, POS systems, cash handling, and bookkeeping practices Skilled in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, and recruiting techniques Adept at inventory management, purchasing, pricing strategies, and merchandising techniques Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while overseeing shift operations and team schedules Knowledge of retail sales techniques, customer service excellence, and marketing fundamentals Exceptional organizational skills combined with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team development Properly measure customers for suits and dress shirts. Understand fit differences (classic, modern, slim, custom). Recommend alterations intelligently. Build complete outfits (suit, shirt, tie, shoes, accessories). Handle wedding parties, prom groups, and business-professional clients. Consistently increase average transaction value through styling and upselling.
