Job Description
We've opened the first Bosch Ambassador auto service shop in the country, right here in Moore, and we're building the team that runs it. The Shop Assistant role is the ground floor — and at a brand-new shop, the ground floor is a good place to be. This is an entry-level position. You don't need automotive experience. You need to be dependable, organized, and ready to learn how a high-performing shop actually works from the inside. What you'll do: Keep the parts area organized, stocked, and easy to work from — receiving deliveries, checking them in, and putting them where they belong Keep the shop itself clean, orderly, and running smoothly so the technicians can do their best work Handle parts runs, supply pickups, and other errands that keep the day moving Pitch in across the shop wherever an extra set of hands helps Why this is a good place to start: You're learning the business at a flagship location, not a tired old garage. The environment is clean, professional, and built to a standard. There's a real path forward. People who show up, take pride in their work, and want to grow can move toward service advisor, parts management, or a technician apprenticeship. We'd rather promote from inside. You'll work alongside people who know what they're doing and are willing to teach. "Bosch Auto Service" on your resume means something. What we're looking for: Reliable and on time, every time — this is the whole job Organized, and someone who actually likes keeping things in order A valid driver's license and a clean driving record (you'll be running errands) Able to be on your feet and lift up to [50] lbs A good attitude and a willingness to learn — everything else we'll teach
