We're a curated, boutique-style wine & spirits shop focused on small producers, premium selections, additive-free spirits, conversation-worthy wines, and exceptional customer experiences. We're seeking a strong retail manager who understands hospitality, leadership, and elevated customer service — someone who can lead a team, drive sales, and create an atmosphere that feels welcoming, educated, and effortlessly polished. This is not your average liquor store position. We're building an experience. What You'll Do Lead daily store operations and team management Deliver exceptional customer service and create repeat clientele Train and motivate staff on wine, spirits, and boutique product knowledge Assist with merchandising, displays, inventory, and ordering Maintain a clean, polished, high-end retail environment Help drive sales through product recommendations and customer engagement Support tastings, events, and in-store promotions Handle scheduling, cash management, and operational responsibilities What We're Looking For Previous retail management experience (wine & spirits experience preferred) Strong leadership and communication skills Passion for hospitality, wine, spirits, and boutique retail culture Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented Comfortable educating customers without sounding pretentious Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment Weekend and evening availability required
