Are you passionate about wine and e-commerce? At Remy Wines, located in the heart of Dayton, OR, we're looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Online Store & VinoShipper Manager to help us share our exceptional wines with customers near and far. If you have a knack for organization, a love for logistics, and at least one year of experience in a similar role, we'd love to hear from you!
What You'll Do:
Key Responsibilities As our Online Store & VinoShipper Manager, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our customers enjoy a seamless experience.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing and maintaining our online store, ensuring products are accurately listed and inventory is up to date. Overseeing VinoShipper orders, including processing, shipping, and compliance with state and federal regulations. Packing and shipping orders with care, ensuring our wines arrive safely to their destination. Handling customer inquiries related to online orders with promptness and professionalism. Collaborating with our team to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
What We're Looking For:
Skills & Qualifications To thrive in this role, you'll need: At least 1 year of experience in e-commerce, shipping, or a related field. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. The ability to lift up to 50lbs (you'll be handling cases of wine!). Excellent communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
