Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Cannabis Retail Keyholder. As a Keyholder, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operations of our retail store and maintaining a welcoming and informative environment for our valued customers. If you have a passion for cannabis, outstanding customer service skills, and leadership abilities, we want to hear from you .
Responsibilities:
Customer Service Excellence:
Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, provide expert guidance, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
Inventory Management:
Help manage inventory levels, restocking shelves, and monitoring product quality.
Cash Handling:
Accurately handle cash transactions, reconcile registers, and assist in opening and closing the store.
Team Leadership:
Lead by example, motivating and guiding the retail team to achieve sales targets and maintain store cleanliness.
Compliance:
Ensure strict compliance with all local and state regulations related to cannabis sales and safety.
Product Knowledge:
Stay up-to-date on the latest cannabis products, strains, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations to customers.
Security:
Assist in maintaining store security, including monitoring surveillance systems and adherence to store policies.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 3 years of retail or customer service experience. Strong knowledge and passion for cannabis products and culture. Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and motivate a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must be 21 years of age or older. Ability to work in a fast-paced and regulated environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
