Our General Managers are responsible for: Ensures financial performance of the community by creating, managing, and abiding by the approved budget. Maintains accounting compliance by overseeing community financial records. including rent receipts, petty cash disbursements, miscellaneous income and expenditures, and payroll. Maintains HR compliance by overseeing personnel records of all employees, including proper and complete documentation for all new hires, ongoing training documentation, performance evaluations, timely merit increases, and performance management. Provides the Seattle office with all necessary reports on time and in the proper format. Implements and enforces all policies and procedures of the Operations Manual, Food Services Manual, Team Member Handbook, and State Licensing Regulations. Provides active leadership in creating and maintaining the highest standards of customer satisfaction in facilities, food service, activities, housekeeping, staff interactions, and resident care. Responsible for managing community to a minimum of 94% occupancy rate. Monitors marketing process to ensure minimum standards are met on a weekly basis. Monitors marketing software in conjunction with the Community Relations Director and Director of Sales to ensure marketing activities result in budgeted occupancy goal. Monitors and reports competitor's activities to management. Maintains accountability for the overall functionality of the community. Interacts regularly with Residents and attends resident functions. Other duties as assigned.
If you are someone with:
Proficiency in computer skills including MS Outlook, Word, etc. 21 Years of age with college degree (Preferred) Must have 3-5 years of management experience.
