Key Responsibilities Lead by example and embody the Brighton philosophy of "Creating Magic" Deliver exceptional customer service and foster lasting customer relationships Drive sales performance and support achievement of store goals Coach, train, motivate, and develop team members to achieve individual and store success Support onboarding and training of new associates while fostering a culture of continuous learning Recruit, interview, hire, and retain top retail talent Follow Brighton's visual merchandising Specifications to create an inspiring and beautiful shopping environment Assist with merchandising, product placement, floor sets, and visual presentations that support sales goals Utilize social media and networking platforms to support recruiting and customer engagement Maintain a positive, inclusive, and high-performing store culture Assist with daily store operations and serve as a key leader in the absence of the Store Manager What We're Looking ForQualifications Minimum 2 years of retail leadership experience as an Assistant Manager, Key Holder, Lead Sales Associate, or similar supervisory role Experience in fashion, specialty retail, boutique, luxury, or customer-focused retail environments preferred Proven track record of driving sales and delivering outstanding customer experiences Experience coaching, training, and developing retail associates Strong visual merchandising skills and attention to detail Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building skills Comfortable using social media, networking, and recruiting platforms Passion for fashion, styling, and helping customers feel their best Ability to work a flexible full-time schedule, including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs require Willingness to adapt to the needs of the business and support the team through peak selling periods, special events, and staffing needs The Ideal Candidate You are: A natural leader who inspires and develops others Customer-obsessed and relationship-driven Energetic, positive, and entrepreneurial Results-oriented with a passion for sales Stylish, confident, and enthusiastic about fashion and accessories Adaptable and willing to support the needs of the business and team Join a company where exceptional service, meaningful connections, and beautiful products come together every day.
