Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Assist the store manager in overseeing daily operations and ensuring smooth functioning of the retail store
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Assist with budgeting and financial management, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Sell products and services to customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or complaints
- Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and management
- Assist in recruiting, training, and supervising retail staff
- Utilize retail management software to track inventory, sales, and other key metrics
- Understand and apply retail math principles to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual/multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficient in cash handling procedures and basic math skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail management and customer service.
