• $45,000 annual salary plus commission on sales and monthly bonuses

Responsibilities:

• Perform all Sales Associate responsibilities including guest check-in/check-out, appointment booking, phone inquiries, wax pass sales, retail sales, and resolving guest concerns
• Lead, coach, and support Sales Associates to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing feedback, training, and motivation to improve sales and guest experience
• Drive growth, guest retention, and retail performance through strong customer service and consultative selling
• Support hiring, onboarding, scheduling, and development of Sales Associates
• Maintain accurate sales records, cash handling, and compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Collaborate with Center Management to execute promotions, achieve revenue targets, and maintain a positive team culture
• Ensure the front desk and lobby areas remain organized, professional, and welcoming for guests

Hiring Requirements:

• Highschool diploma required. College preferred.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience in sales and management
• Full-time availability, ability to work days, evenings and minimum one weekend day
• Reliable transportation. Reside within 20 minutes driving distance preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word or similar preferred

$45,000.00 per year
