Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and friendly Greeter / Desk Attendant to create a welcoming environment for all visitors and customers. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact, assist with customer inquiries, manage the reception area, and support sales and service teams. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help foster positive experiences that reflect our commitment to outstanding service. Responsibilities Greet customers, visitors, and staff warmly as they arrive, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued Manage the front desk by answering phones with excellent phone etiquette and directing calls appropriately Assist customers with product demos, store navigation, and basic inquiries about vehicle features or services Support retail sales efforts through upselling accessories or services when appropriate Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and merchandising of the reception area and showroom floor Handle cash transactions accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems and perform basic retail math for transactions Stock supplies, update signage, and ensure the reception area is inviting and well-maintained Skills Proven experience in retail sales or customer service roles, preferably in a grocery store or automotive environment Strong communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with diverse customers in bilingual settings if applicable Familiarity with POS systems, cash handling, and retail math for accurate transactions Excellent phone etiquette and professional demeanor at all times Supervising experience is a plus for coordinating team efforts during busy periods Ability to perform merchandising, stocking, and basic math calculations efficiently Knowledge of product demos, upselling techniques, and customer engagement strategies Join our team to deliver memorable first impressions that keep customers coming back!
