Based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania and founded in 1984, our client is a family-owned company with a dedicated team that makes it super easy to lease the most affordable furniture, mattresses, appliances, electronics and more! We currently operate 13 stores in central Pennsylvania, always making our customers our top priority. 45-50 hours per work , following a standard 5-day work week, with any overtime subject to approval. Operating hours are Monday-Friday (10 AM - 7 PM) and Saturday (10 AM - 6 PM), with stores closed on Sundays .
Summary:
The Store Manager reports to the District Manager is responsible for leading all aspects of store operations, including staffing, training, sales performance, account retention, and customer experience. This role ensures operational excellence, drives profitability, and upholds company policies and standards. As a key leader, the Store Manager builds and develops a high-performing team, promotes a positive culture, and creates meaningful experiences for employees and customers.
