Job Description
Key Holder The Fragrance Outlet is a growing global retailer with opportunities for advancement specializing in Fragrances of The World. We are currently seeking Key Holders with a sales-driven spirit for our location at Tanger Outlets Lancaster. Candidate should be able to lead a high performing team. Required Skills and Experience
- Proven track record in achieving store and company goals, and in leading a successful sales team.
- Must be a balanced leader that drives results and focuses on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
- Ability to motivate your talent to exceed expectations.
- Responsible for store functions including, but not limited to, opening, closing, freight processing, and all day to day store activities.
- Manage and influence team by communicating clear daily, weekly and monthly objectives.
- Role model that elevates selling services to exceed company goals.
- Energizes team to achieve sales results. Qualifications
- Must possess prior retail and/or management experience.
- Strong, communication, interpersonal, and written skills.
- Ability to function in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong selling and exceptional customer service skills.
