What You'll Do:

Lead by example on the sales floor Drive sales, credit, warranty, repairs, and customer experience results Coach and motivate team members to achieve goals Build lasting client relationships through follow-up and clienteling Present fine jewelry, diamonds, bridal, watches, and services with confidence Support daily store operations, merchandising, and brand standards Help create a positive, high-energy, winning team culture

What We're Looking For:
