Part-Time (Approx. 20 hours/week) with potential for Full-Time advancement (Must be available to work Saturdays, Sundays, and Tuesdays, with some flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed). Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate who is interested in growing into a Store Manager role. The ideal candidate is energetic, dependable, and passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences. Key Responsibilities Provide outstanding customer service to ensure a high level of satisfaction Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with product selection Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate products Actively engage with customers on the sales floor Process transactions using POS (Point of Sale) systems Answer incoming phone calls and respond to inquiries Maintain organized, well-stocked, and visually appealing displays Tag new merchandise and assist in creating product displays Cross-sell and promote additional products Support other sales staff as needed Perform light cleaning and general store upkeep Qualifications Previous customer service experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills (social media experience is a plus) Friendly, energetic, and customer-oriented attitude Ability to multitask and perform well under pressure Strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve customer concerns promptly High School Diploma or GED required Drug Screen and Criminal Background Check
