  • Full-time We are seeking a driven, customer-focused Store Manager to lead daily operations and sales performance in a fast-paced Cricket Wireless retail store.
The ideal candidate is a results-oriented leader who can develop a high-performing sales team, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and drive key business metrics through coaching, accountability, and execution. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sales goals, managing store operations, training and developing team members, maintaining operational excellence, and creating a positive, winning culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive store performance by achieving and exceeding sales goals. Lead from the front by actively engaging customers and demonstrating effective sales behaviors. Coach employees on wireless products, accessories, device protection, financing options, and service plans. Monitor and improve key performance indicators (KPIs) Team Development Recruit, hire, train, and retain top talent. Conduct regular coaching sessions and performance reviews. Develop team members through ongoing training and career growth opportunities. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and customer service excellence. Customer Experience Ensure every customer receives a best-in-class experience. Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently. Build long-term customer relationships that drive loyalty and repeat business. Operations Management Manage inventory, cash handling, and loss prevention procedures. Ensure compliance with company policies, wireless regulations, and operational standards. Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards, and cleanliness. Prepare schedules and manage labor effectively. Business Ownership Mindset Analyze business results and create action plans to improve performance. Execute local marketing and community outreach initiatives. Drive profitability through strong operational and sales execution. QualificationsRequired High School Diploma or GED. 1+ years of retail management or leadership experience. Proven track record of achieving sales goals. Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Basic computer and POS system proficiency. Preferred Wireless retail experience. Experience managing sales teams. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
