Apply Store Manager- Full-Time Malvern, PA Apply Job Type Full-time Description Kimberton Whole Foods is a family-owned and operated grocery store that has been providing the community with locally sourced, natural, and organic products for over thirty years with locations in Collegeville, Douglassville, Downingtown, Exton, Kimberton, Malvern, Wyomissing, and Ottsville. Kimberton Whole Foods is looking for a career-minded, full-time Store Manager to join our Malvern Team.
Schedule:
Full-time, 45 hours per week.
Availability:
Availability to work both opening and/or closing shifts is required for this position. Shifts are within a 7:00am-8:30pm timeframe. One weekend shift is required each week.

$70,000-$80,000 per year depending on experience

TEAM & LEADERSHIP
Displays an attitude of service leadership congruent with the KWF mission and culture. Provides great service to team members, customers, and vendors alike. Participates in the hiring, training, coaching, evaluations, and development of team members. Works diligently to achieve KWF performance goals through consistent communication, effective training and proper use of disciplinary actions. Supports the store experience by upholding KWF Guidelines. Provides effective feedback as necessary and leadership that inspires teamwork, generates energy and enthusiasm, and drives results. Provides a safe work environment for KWF team members by following the KWF workplace safety policy.
STORE OPERATIONS
Works with the team to accomplish labor targets. Creates weekly schedules that ensure maximum efficiency within all departments. Works with the team to accomplish sales, inventory maintenance, merchandising, and customer service targets. The SM must have the desire and capacity to be the best at all operational tasks and be able to lead by example. Communicates pertinent information to Operations, HR, Training, Marketing, Purchasing & Finance Departments with regard to store operations, staffing, safety, facilities, harassment, incidents, emergencies, training, marketing, and category management. Advocates for the needs of the store with regard to Marketing and Purchasing support. Tactful handling of customer complaints with a strong desire to hear feedback and make the situation right.
Requirements Personal Characteristics and Experience:
Five years of management experience (including directing work, scheduling, training, and evaluating).
Good communication skills:
oral and written Thrives in leading a team in a fast-paced work environment Able to be on your feet for an extended period of time Have excellent time management skills Motivated to work weekends, holidays, and other peak periods of natural foods business. Strong analytical, mathematical/numerical analysis (able to read financial statements) and able to achieve benchmarks and goals set through strategic planning or through budgeting requirements. .
