Responsibilities Execute our strategic sales plan to CLOSE company provided leads within assigned territories. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, showcasing the value and benefits of our solutions. Utilize CRM software track leads, manage customer interactions, and analyze sales data for continuous improvement. Negotiate contracts and close deals efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term loyalty. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop tailored sales strategies that align with market trends and customer needs. Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, addressing client inquiries promptly and professionally. Qualifications Proven experience in outside sales, B2B sales, or technical sales with a track record of successful deal closures. Strong sales skills with the ability to handle territory management and lead closing effectively. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer relationships. Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills essential for closing deals and building rapport. Knowledge of product demos, upselling techniques, and direct sales approaches. Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights to drive business development efforts. Experience in outside sales is a plus but not required; a proactive attitude is essential.
