Store Manager Location:
New Holland, PA Company:
AG-Industrial Inc. Position Summary The Store Manager is responsible for the overall leadership, performance, and daily operations of the AG-Industrial Dover location. This role ensures that the store operates efficiently across all departments including sales, parts, service, and transportation while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting financial performance goals.The Store Manager will oversee personnel, manage operational processes, monitor profitability, and maintain strong relationships with customers and vendors. This position reports directly to senior leadership and works closely with department managers to drive growth and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities Oversee the day-to-day operations of the New Holland location. Ensure coordination between sales, parts, service, and trucking departments . Maintain efficient workflow and communication between departments. Implement company policies and operational procedures. Maintain relationship/keep open communication with other store locations. Team Management Supervise and support department managers and staff. Assist with hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management. Foster a positive and productive work environment. Address employee issues, scheduling needs, and performance concerns. Customer & Vendor Relations Maintain strong relationships with customers, vendors, and manufacturers. Address customer concerns or escalated service issues. Ensure the store delivers a high level of customer satisfaction. Sales & Business Development Support equipment sales initiatives and customer outreach. Identify opportunities to increase market share and customer engagement. Coordinate store promotions, events, and community involvement. Compliance & Safety Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Maintain a safe working environment for all employees. Qualifications Previous experience in management or leadership within equipment, agriculture, construction, or dealership operations preferred . Strong understanding of sales, parts, and service operations . Excellent leadership and communication skills. Ability to analyze financial reports and operational performance. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Proficiency with dealership management systems and standard office software.
