Associate Retail Store Manager

About Us:

We are a new supplement and hemp shop located in a heart of Italian Market.

Job Description:

As the Associate Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You will utilize your expertise in the supplement and hemp industry (or other related experience) to drive sales and create a positive shopping environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and oversee daily store operations.
• Utilize Clover systems for transactions, reporting, and inventory tracking.
• Train and manage staff on how to handle inventory and work with customers.
• Maintain knowledge of products, including THCa, Kratom and other related inventory items.
• Create promotional packages, labels and more.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Inventory Management or in a similar role within the vape or hemp industry.
• Strong familiarity with Clover POS system and inventory management software.
• Excellent organizational skills and experience in scheduling and task management.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
