Assistant Store Manager

Assistant Manager - Soled South Hills South Hills Village (Training at Ross Park Mall) Full-Time (35-40 Hours per Week) Soled is hiring an Assistant Manager for our South Hills location. This role is ideal for someone who's ready to take ownership of the sales floor, support daily operations, and help lead a high-performing retail team. Training will take place at our Ross Park Mall store to ensure you're fully prepared to uphold brand standards, drive results, and seamlessly transition into your role at South Hills. We're looking for someone who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment, and knows how to build strong team energy.

What You'll Do:

Lead the sales floor and drive store performance Support daily operations and maintain high visual standards Train, coach, and motivate sales associates Hold the team accountable to sales goals and KPIs Assist with inventory management and merchandising Contribute to weekly social media and in-store content Be comfortable on camera and represent the brand

What We're Looking For:

Retail and/or sales leadership experience Strong communication skills and confidence managing a team Ability to coach, motivate, and provide constructive feedback Results-driven with a competitive mindset Comfortable being on camera and engaging in content Reliable, organized, and team-oriented
