The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational abilities, and a commitment to employee orientation. This role is crucial for maintaining inventory control, managing shifts effectively, managing drivers, scheduling and fostering a positive work environment. Duties Supervise and coordinate daily activities of team members to ensure operational efficiency. Working as a team member with the team, not standing over the team. Manage shift schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels are maintained at all times. Oversee inventory management processes, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed. (Minimal paperwork) Assist in recruiting new employees and provide orientation to ensure they understand company policies and procedures. Negotiate with vendors for supplies and services to optimize costs while maintaining quality. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to employees. Handle receiving and shipping of materials. Cross train in all aspects of the business. Ability and preparedness to tackle physical work actives required. Have a commonsense approach to problem solving. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership role with strong organizational skills. Familiarity with employee orientation processes and shift management practices. Experience in inventory management and control is preferred. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build relationships with vendors. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to motivate a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment. A well-rounded knowledge and ability to trouble shoot pumps and mechanical equipment. Clean driving record. CDL Endorsement a plus.
