Example :
Model exceptional customer service, teamwork, and professionalism.
Run Smooth Shifts :
Oversee daily operations, ensuring food quality, cleanliness, and safety standards are met.
Coach and Develop Team Members :
Provide training, guidance, and support to help your team succeed.
Drive Results :
Collaborate with the General Manager to meet business goals and maintain operational excellence. Problem-Solve on the
Fly :
Address challenges with a calm, solutions-oriented approach.
What We're Looking For Education :
High school diploma or GED.
Experience :
At least 1 year in a restaurant, retail, or customer service role (6+ months of supervisory experience preferred).
Leadership Skills :
Ability to multitask, motivate your team, and resolve customer concerns with professionalism.
Physical Stamina :
Be prepared for a fast-paced environment, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
Flexibility :
Availability to work various shifts, including weekends, and reliable transportation to travel to different locations as needed.
Certification :
