Duties Lead and supervise store staff, including hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating performance to build a high-performing team Manage inventory control, stock replenishment, and merchandising to maximize sales potential and maintain attractive displays Oversee sales management activities such as pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and sales targets to boost revenue Ensure excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints promptly, and maintaining high service standards Conduct employee orientation sessions and ongoing training to develop team skills in sales techniques, product knowledge, and store policies Monitor store operations including shift management, scheduling, budgeting, and compliance with safety regulations Skills Strong management skills with proven supervising experience in retail environments Proficiency in inventory management systems, POS technology, and retail math for accurate financial transactions Skilled in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives to drive sales growth Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience in training & development and team management Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced setting Knowledge of retail store operations or wireless sales is a plus; familiarity with retail math and cash handling procedures is essential Strong time management skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette and customer service orientation Join us as a Store Manager to lead your team toward success while creating memorable shopping experiences.
