Position Overview:

We are seeking a passionate Retail Sales Representative to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, making customers feel welcome and valued in our store. You will play a key role in identifying customer needs, presenting our unique products, and providing tailored solutions. A positive attitude and a proactive approach to resolving customer concerns will be essential for success in this role. Ultimately, you will help ensure customer satisfaction and contribute to the store's profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm Provide accurate information regarding product features, pricing, and after-sales services Answer customer inquiries about specific products and services Conduct price and feature comparisons to aid in purchasing decisions Cross-sell complementary products to enhance customer experience Maintain well-stocked and visually appealing displays Manage merchandise returns efficiently Collaborate with the Retail Sales team to ensure outstanding service, especially during peak times Inform customers about current promotions and special offers Gather and relay customer feedback to the Store Manager Stay informed about new products and services to enhance customer engagement Meet daily and monthly sales goals

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or in a similar role Strong understanding of the retail sales process Familiarity with consumer behavior principles Knowledge of inventory management and stocking procedures Basic math skills for transaction handling Track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas Excellent communication skills with a focus on building trust and rapport Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexible availability to work various shifts High school diploma or equivalent
