Position Summary
William James College announces a search for a full-time Core Faculty position in our thriving and unique Organizational and Leadership Psychology (OLP) Department. Please note this is a blended position (90% remote, 10% on site). Rank is commensurate with prior rank from another accredited educational institution.

Essential Functions Core Faculty members teach online and on ground with engaging pedagogy, excellence in instructional design and quality delivery, intentional connection with students and advisees, supervise students doing research, actively support program admissions, and participate in departmental and governance committee work, faculty development, and department and institution events. As scholar-practitioners, Core Faculty are encouraged to engage in consulting activities and scholarly pursuits to build academic and practical knowledge and experience as time permits given the full-time responsibilities of the Core Faculty role. This faculty position is largely remote/virtual with mandatory on-site components. Education and Experience
Candidates must possess a PhD, PsyD, or EdD in Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Human Resources Management, Leadership Psychology, or a closely related discipline, have minimum of 3 years of teaching experience (2 years at William James College), and 5+ years of work experience in organizations in a leadership role or an organizational development, talent management, or human resources role. Successful applicants will also have a demonstrated commitment to promoting diversity, inclusion, and multicultural competence in an educational and work environment and must be willing to contribute to the College's strategic plan of inclusion. Perform other duties as assigned that are consistent with the responsibilities and objectives of the position and the mission of the College.
