Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dynamic General Manager to lead our HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical operations with passion and precision. This pivotal role involves overseeing daily store activities, driving sales growth, managing teams, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a strategic mindset, and a comprehensive understanding of sercise/sales management. As a key leader, you will foster a positive work environment, optimize operational efficiency, and implement innovative merchandising and marketing strategies to elevate the company's performance. Duties Lead and supervise all Territory operations, including sales management, inventory control, customer service excellence, and Installation Practices Recruit, interview, and onboard new team members; provide ongoing training & development to enhance employee performance Oversee purchasing, pricing strategies, merchandising, stocking, and inventory management to maximize profitability Develop and execute marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase Brand recognition. Maintain effective communication with staff through regular meetings; foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture Monitor metrics such as, sales targets, and budget adherence, average sales, close rates and more; implement corrective actions as needed Qualifications Proven management experience in trade environments with supervising responsibilities Strong skills in negotiation, employee orientation, interviewing, recruiting, and training & development Extensive knowledge of hvac/plumbing/electrical operations including inventory management, sales systems, training and more. Demonstrated ability in sales management, pricing strategies, and marketing initiatives Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively across multiple tasks such as budgeting and administrative duties Experience in on-call management, retail math calculations, stock control, and retail sales techniques Leadership qualities with a focus on team management, supervision experience, and fostering a customer-centric environment Strong communication skills paired with phone etiquette proficiency; capable of handling customer inquiries professionally Join us as our General Manager to lead a vibrant team in delivering outstanding trade experiences while driving brand success.
