THE POSITION
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Liquor Store General Manager 3A to lead the operations of our Fine Wine & Good Spirits store at Chester Pike in Havertown. Why Join Us? DESCRIPTION OF WORK
This position oversees store operations and staff to ensure a safe, efficient, and customer-focused environment. The role includes leadership responsibilities that support store performance and team development. You will be a key leader, overseeing day-to-day activities, developing a high-performing team, and implementing strategies to exceed sales targets while maintaining a top-tier store environment. As a Liquor Store General Manager 3A, you will perform the following duties:
Store Leadership:
Guide daily operations and support staff development to strengthen store performance
Staff Oversight:
Direct hiring, scheduling, coaching, and work assignments for all store employees
Customer Service Focus:
Promote a welcoming environment and ensure strong service standards
Policy Compliance:
Apply agency rules and maintain consistency in store processes and activities
Inventory Management:
Monitor stock levels, address inventory issues, and support product placement needs
Performance Review:

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
One year as a Liquor Store General Manager 2B (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Two years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 3 or a Liquor Store General Manager 2A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Three years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 2 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1B (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years as a Liquor Store Assistant Manager 1 or a Liquor Store General Manager 1A (Commonwealth job titles or equivalent Federal Government job titles, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Five years of supervisory retail sales work.
Other Requirements:
