3rd Key Holder / Cashier - New Olean Store Opening Soon! Step into a role that combines hands-on customer service with leadership responsibility! As we prepare to open our brand-new Goodwill store in Olean , we're looking for a Cashier who can also serve as a Key Holder - supporting daily operations while helping lead the team when needed. This is an ideal opportunity for someone ready to grow from a front-line role into retail leadership. What You'll Do Provide excellent customer service as a primary cashier, creating a positive checkout experience Operate the register and ensure accurate cash handling and POS transactions Perform opening and closing procedures, including securing the store Serve as Manager on Duty when needed, providing support and direction to team members Train and assist Store Associates to maintain strong performance Support sales floor, donation door, and merchandising activities Assist with donation processing, including sorting, pricing, and meeting production goals, as needed Who You Are A customer-focused team member with strong retail experience A confident communicator who can step into a leadership role when needed Reliable, flexible, and leads by example Lives our values: Own It- Dare to Excel
