Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30
PM Duration:
Approximately 6 months, with potential for conversion to a permanent position Position Summary The Retail Operations Coordinator supports the successful execution of retail initiatives and projects related to product distribution, merchandising, inventory management, and customer compliance programs. This role works closely with Retail Operations and Field Service teams to ensure projects are completed accurately and on time while maintaining strong relationships with internal and external partners. In the immediate term, this position will focus heavily on retail audit activities for major retail customers. Responsibilities include reviewing store photos, evaluating inventory levels, assessing product placement and merchandising compliance, and documenting findings through established audit processes. Key Responsibilities Review and evaluate retail audit photos to assess inventory levels, product placement, promotional graphics, and merchandising compliance. Partner with Field Service and Retail Operations teams to plan, monitor, and track customer projects, including new product rollouts, resets, markdowns, and merchandising initiatives. Collaborate with retail service teams to support project execution and resolve product or fixture-related requests. Respond to customer and account inquiries while assisting with the resolution of operational issues. Coordinate shipments of components and materials based on retailer and field team requests. Submit and track customer events, including new store openings, renovations, relocations, and store closures. Submit and monitor completion of incremental customer visits and special projects. Conduct and manage third-party merchandising organization photo audits. Research recurring operational issues and assist in developing corrective action plans. Participate in field time studies and project planning activities prior to execution. Review and process inventory counts and out-of-stock reports received from third-party merchandising partners. Support additional projects and responsibilities as business needs evolve. QualificationsRequired Associate degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. 1-3 years of administrative, operations, retail support, or related experience. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced corporate environment. Strong relationship-building skills with both internal and external stakeholders. $19.00 per hour
